Position: Legal Advisor (High Court / Labor Courts)
Number of Posts: 01
Pay Scale: 17-BS Service
Age Limit: 25-45 years
Qualification/Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with 5 years of experience as an advocate.
- Experience in dealing with legal matters related to contracts, civil, labor, and tax issues.
- Must have a valid Chamber/Office in Sahiwal District.
Other Employment Conditions:
1. The position is contractual, extendable for one year as per the PHA Act 2012 and Punjab Government's policy.
2. A monthly salary of PKR 20,000/-
3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Supreme Court and related courts.
4. Suitable candidates are required to submit their applications along with supporting documents and experience certificates by September 18, 2023.
5. Applications received by the specified date will be considered.
6. Shortlisted candidates will be included based on the desired qualification and experience.
7. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the appointment with one month's notice.
8. As per the PHA Act 2012 and the Punjab Government's policy, the appointment will be for one year.
