2️⃣ Dental Surgeon
- Qualification: BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC
- Age Limit: 33 years
- Provincial/Regional Quota: Punjab(Open)
3️⃣ Staff Nurse
- Qualification: Registered A Grade Nurse with Midwifery Certificate
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Provincial/Regional Quota: Various
✨ Note: Staff Nurses with Midwifery Certificate will be allowed two advance increments.

2. Pay the test fee of Rs. 200/- to OTS at any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL using the prescribed Bank Challan form available on the website: [www.ots.org.pk](www.ots.org.pk).
3. Specify the post and office against which you are applying.
4. Send the completed prescribed application form along with attested copies of educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, relevant documents/experience certificates, and two recent passport size photographs, as well as the original fee Challan, through courier service/Pakistan Post to:
