NOTICE FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

1.Visiting Medical Officer

MBBS with 02 (Two) years Post- Qualification Experience

NOTE:

1. The maximum visits allowed will be 06 days per week.

2. Preference will be given to candidate from Islamabad/Rawalpindi Districts.

3. The acquisition of consultancy services will be for a period of (01) year.

4.Revocation of the consultancy services from either party must be on a notice of at least two months.

5. The consultancy rates quoted above shall be exclusive of all applicable taxes.

6. The candidates will present/produce all credentials (in original) at the time of interview.

7. Application/profile complete in all respect must reach the undersigned within 15 days after publication of this advertisement. The profile must contain attested copies of CNIC, all documents/testimonials and experience certificates.

8. Post applied for should be clearly mentioned on envelope.
